Loskop Valley, South Africa · Personal enquiries: +27 81 435 4495The conservancy’s purpose is to establish an environment in harmony with African nature. Strict guidelines are in place to protect its unique character and the relationship between its wildlife, plant life and scenery.
That character is visible in the variety of landscapes: mountains and cliffs, gorges and plains, rivers, waterfalls and natural springs. These places are part of a wider setting rather than separate attractions.
The Kruis River runs through the conservancy and supports the lush surroundings. Water, vegetation and the movement of wildlife help give each part of Paurosa its own atmosphere.
Visitors can connect with this environment through quiet observation, photography and time at the lodge. The four camouflaged hides are designed for a discreet presence in the bush, allowing guests to settle in and pay attention to their surroundings.
